Tiina Randma-Liiv

(Tartu) MPA (New York University) PhD (Loughborough) is Professor of Public Management and Public Policy at the Tallinn University of Technology.

She has for several years been a Visiting Professor at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, as well as at the University of Gdansk, Poland. Professor Randma-Liiv, who previously worked for the World Bank and the Estonian Trade Unions Research and Development Center, is mainly interested in Organization Theory, the Management of Public Organizations, and the Civil Service, and a special focus of hers is the Administration of Small States. She is a member of multiple national and international advisory councils and boards.
