Chapter by RNS researchers in a book on Public Management

Professor Tiina Randma-Liiv and Junior Research Fellow Riin Savi (Ragnar Nurkse Institute of Innovation and Governance, Chair of Public Management and Policy) have co-authored a chapter in “Policy Transfer and Learning in Public Policy and Management: International Contexts, Content and Development“, a book issued by Routledge in June 2013.
