On 3-4 May the Ragnar Nurkse School of Innovation and Governance (RNS) and the journal Halduskultuur - Administrative Culture (HKAC) will host its 15th annual conference at Tallinn University of Technology which this year focuses on the impact of the fiscal crisis on public administration.
The conference will feature 13 participants from various European countries, the keynote speech entitled „The New European Governance Emerging from the Crises and Administrative Reforms: Qualitatively Different, Quantitatively Different, or Nothing New? A Plea for a Research Agenda” will be delivered by Professor Edoardo Ongaro from Northumbria University, Great Britain,. The participant list includes scientists from the COCOPS project (www.cocops.eu), which is one of the three EU 7th framework projects that involves RNS scientists.
