A new visiting professorship in Technology Governance

Department of Public Administration establishes a new visiting professorship in Technology Governance. The professorship is named after Ragnar Nurkse, the most important Estonian-born economist.

The visiting professorship will be held every year by a internationally distinguished development scholar. The first holder of Ragnar Nurkse Visiting Professor in Development Policies will be Jayati Gosh, New Delhi, who teaches in Tallinn in May this year.
