TUT professors at the Global Policy Forum in Jaroslavl


A number of faculty members of the Department of Public Administration participated at last week’s Global Policy Forum in Jaroslavl, Russia.

This years Forum, organized under the patronage of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, focused both on role of the state in technological development and democracy issues.

For the discussion on the role of the state in technological development, the main report was prepared by DPA professors Erik S. Reinert and Rainer Kattel (English version here); Carlota Perez, also a professor from DPA, presented at same session that included, among others, such key Russian policy makers as Anatoli Chubais, German Gref and many others.
