Photos from Academic Actus in Honor of Carlota Perez

On 21 September 2009, Carlota Perez, Professor of Technology Governance and Socio-Economic Development at Tallinn University of Technology and international consultant, celebrated a round birthday. To honor this occasion, her colleagues had edited a Festschrift, entitled “Techno-Economic Paradigms” (London: Anthem). This Festschrift was presented to Carlota during an academic actus in the new building of the TUT Faculties of Economics and Social Sciences.
