New Estonian government features RNS' alumnus

The newly appointed Estonian Government includes an alumnus of Ragnar Nurkse School of Innovation and Governance - Minister of Public Administration Mr. Arto Aas is a graduate of the School's Public Management programme (currently incorporated to the BA in Public Administration and Governance programme).

Minister Aas studied in RNS (called Department of Public Administration at the time) in 1998-2003. His thesis analyzed election propaganda and he was supervised by Agu Uudelepp, a well-known communications specialist who continues to teach at RNS.
